Southeast Asian DRY GIN
SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Calamansi, Galangal, Thai Sweet Basil, Kampot Pepper
TASTING NOTES: Lime and mandarin at the fore. Herbaceous notes and ginger spice linger underneath, with a long peppery finish.

TASTING NOTES: This is a classy martini style drink with the perfect balance of sweet lychee & butterscotch, and sharp raspberry & lemon.
TO SERVE: Simply chill the bottle, gently shake and pour into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel. Alternatively, pour into a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco.
