The next destination in the Backpacker Series is China, and we are joined on our journey by the legendary chef; Ken Hom CBE.
Developed in collaboration with Ken to serve at the Golden Chopsticks Awards, this gin celebrates his 40th anniversary of first appearing on British TV screens.
Ken Hom Gin is an homage to the classic Chinese flavours of 5 spice; layering orange peel and warming notes of sichuan pepper, star anise, cassia and ginger over a classic juniper base.

£3 from every bottle sold will be donated to the Golden Chopsticks Scholarship fund, which provides transformative learning for young people who are building their careers in the UK’s Asian restaurant sector.
SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Sichuan Pepper, Ginger, Star Anise, Orange
TASTING NOTES: Juniper and sweet liquorice notes at the fore, developing a lingering warmth of ginger and peppery spice, finishing with a citrus burst of orange zest.
